At Nexus Alpha LPS we carry out engineering design, electronic design, and software design and implementation in-house. This gives us complete control over every aspect of our product set and the unique ability to complement our existing range with variations designed to client requirements. This is the key to the quality and flexibility of our products and services.
Our main focus is the supply of RTI displays for use in the public transport sector. Display options include LCD and LCD matrix. Displays can be mains or solar and battery powered. All can support sophisticated audio systems, including non-touch and Bluetooth audio-triggers.
At the heart of our displays are our power-optimised computers that handle data, monitor themselves and feed data back to our servers. So all of our systems can provide additional functions including environmental monitoring of gases or particulates, radar, road surface temperature monitoring (for gritting decisions), people counting and much more.

Nexus Alpha LPS has been developing class-leading hardware with astonishingly low power demand for over a decade. Our goal is to always push the boundaries of what’s possible using the latest technologies. On-line 24/7, our systems are always connected and communicating with our central servers.
Whilst we do offer more conventional displays based on LCD panels, we have also developed a wider range of highly versatile, ultra low power computers and displays that have been proven to operate reliably in the harshest of UK conditions with real-time display systems running 24/7 in the north of Scotland using only solar power.
